Nonbacterial prostatitis is the most common form of prostatitis syndrome, its etiology is unclear. In the non-bacterial prostatitis prostate secretions have an abnormal number of inflammatory cells, but bacterial culture or other methods cannot be found pathogens. I tried to confirm some uncommon pathogens (such as obligate anaerobes, Mycoplasma non-bacterial prostatitis causes, chlamydia, or other protozoa, viruses, etc.), but without success. Many speculation that mycoplasma and non-bacterial prostatitis related, but there is no sufficient evidence by bacteriological and serological tests showed that there is no obvious causal relationship between them. Some researchers believe that non-bacterial prostatitis is an immune disease, only in the exclusion of other specific prostatitis to determine the diagnosis of non-bacterial prostatitis.
Rectal examination can understand the prostate size, texture, with or without nodules, with or without tenderness and extent and extent of tension of the pelvic floor muscles, pelvic wall with or without tenderness, prostate prostatic fluid massage.
